Questions about my order
- Where is my jacket? Jackets will ship to the school 8 weeks from the date you were sized at the school. Contact the school for information on how to collect your jacket once they receive it.
- Where is my patch order? Online orders will ship to the address used at time of order in 3 weeks from the date of order.
-  Can I make changes to my jacket? You can make changes to your jacket within the first seven days from when you were sized at the school. Changes cannot be made after this timeframe.
- Can I make changes to my patch order? Once your order has been submitted, changes cannot be made. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed.
-  Can I change the text on the patch? If there is an Embroidered Text box next to the patch, text must be added. Text on the patch shown is for display only, patch will be blank if you do not enter in any text.
- Who do I contact to make changes to my jacket? Contact the sales office listed on your envelope that contains all information for ordering.Â
- How do I get my patches sewn on? We suggest contacting a local seamstress shop or dry cleaning store with a seamstress on site.
